ABOUT US
Thomas Gibson Studio is the design team of Thomas Gibson and Sher Gibson. Bringing a powerful combination of photography and graphic design honed by 20 years of excellence in their respective fields, the studio’s mission is to target the Brand needs of each individual client. We work with large and small businesses, established companies and startups seeking new ways of engaging customers with products. Thomas Gibson Studio incorporates all aspects of art direction, design and photography, providing everything from logos and signage to location photography.
The seven points on the Thomas Gibson Studio logo stand for the seven studios created through the years. Three studios were built in Los Angeles, one built in Hawaii, and two built in Kansas. Our final studio is built in Grove City, Pennsylvania: a 100 year old two-story brownstone currently being restored. Grove City has a small town feel with a rapidly developing art community. This city is all about appreciating the historic yet branching towards the future. It’s a perfect spot for the Thomas Gibson Studio to continue to flourish as they work as the design team for a giftware manufacturer headquartered nearby and contribute to the vibrancy of the up-and-coming art scene.
Graphic Designer. A graduate of Kansas State University and exclusive user of Adobe Creative Suite, Sher Gibson enjoys all facets of design and is up to any and all challenges. She brings 20+ years of design and creativity to the Studio.
Commercial photographer. Fine art photographer. Vintage-style photography artist. Thomas Gibson is hard to categorize ... and that’s the magic of his work. While any photographer can capture an image, Thomas captures the art within the image, and brings it to light in a most distinctive way. He has worked in the music field and advertising world for 20 years crafting dynamic visual experiences. A graduate of The Art Center of Design and proficient in techniques from contemporary digital to historic photography, whether shooting food, product, models, portraits or fine art, Thomas specializes in integrating alternative processes – very efficiently – into every image he captures. The result? One-of-a-kind, handcrafted images that are effective, memorable, affordable ... and incredibly impactful.
